Fanny trapped in the traffic when she just got back from a meeting with her client, one of the renowned fashion designer who got sue for copying another design from an intern at another fashion house. It’s just another simple case for fanny, since she already has a lot of reliable informant who willing to testify for her at anytime.
“Hello…” she put on her Bluetooth earphone as she answered the call.
“Yaa,, Tiffany Hwang Miyoung,, I’m dying of waiting in here. Where are u? u supposed to be here like 5 minute ago.” Her director-slash-bestfriend yelled from the other side of the phone.
“I almost there, it’s lunch time, so I got stuck on traffic. And it is not like u gonna die of starving if u wait for me another more minutes.“
“I give u 5 more minutes, if u can’t make it, I’ll cut ur payment.” Her boss said with a mischievous laugh.
“Yaaa,, Han Seungyeon. Your law firm earns a lot since I started working there, if u cut my salary I will resign and it gonna be ur lost.” She teased her boss back, and both of them laughing at their random joke.
Tiffany and Seungyeon went to the same law school, and they been friend from that time till now. Seungyeon dad owns a big and notorious law firm, and he assigned her daughter to lead one of their franchises at the Soshitown. Seungyeon immediately choose fanny to be her wingman (wing-woman perhaps) when she open her new office, and they hit a jackpot since they can work well with the public figure.
Tiffany arrived at the restaurant and found out that Seungyeon already ordered the food. They enjoyed their lunch and sometimes giggling as their exchange a gossip.
“Hey, I just saw your article at today’s newspaper. The picture came out so beautiful, I envy you two.” Seungyeon commented.
“What are u envy of? It just the same with the old days, except that we are married now and getting older. Then he keeps busy with his obsession catching that Hermes guy, and me busy making money for u and keep a good impression to the public.”
“Looks like someone got bored with her hubby.” Seungyeon teased her.
“im not bored, im just….”
“Jealous with that Hermes guy, or need more attention from ur hubby…” seungyeon choking as she trying not to laugh hard after seeing fanny weird response to her statement.
“Just finish ur lunch, quick. We got shopping to do after this.” Fanny ordered with who-is-the-boss-now attitude.
“Yes ma’am.” Seungyeon nodded politely and add, “Shopping for tonight Gala, eh?”
Both of them always happy when it comes to shopping and party. They skipped out of the restaurant and headed to the fashion district with a joyful eye-smile drawing at both of those lady faces.

In one of the room at The Palace, someone wake from his/her deep and peaceful sleep. Dammit, who call me in this kind of time, didn’t they know its my time to sleep.
“Hmmm…” that person answered lazily.
“Wanna play a game, Hermes?” a familiar voice challenged that person.
“I told u, it supposed to be ‘the lyre’ a piece of art that Hermes created for Apollo. That stupid agent really got it all wrong as he emphasize to the Thievery more than to Art itself.” That person explained furiously with annoying tone.
“So wanna play? That upcoming exhibit seems perfect. Are u afraid?”
“I’m not afraid. I’m just bored with u. In the end, you just gonna lose.” That Hermes hangs out the call and continued his/her sleep.

Someone knocked at the Mission Preparation room’s door. “Yes..?” Yul hated it when someone or something disturbing him from thinking. Especially when he thinks about how to catch his arch-enemy.
“Sir, your wife call, she’s in line 2.”
“I’ll answer it on my room.” Yul rushed to his room. Even he annoyed to get distracted from Hermes, his wife will comes first even when this Hermes stuff kinda popular right now. Is it so important that Fanny calls to the office lines? Hope nothing happen to her.
“Hey Hon,,” Fanny’s husky voices great yul.
“Hey u, is everything okay?”
“I guess not. How could I be okay if u did not reply any of my text, and didn’t even answer my calls. Where the hell is ur phone anyway?” fanny complained.
“Aaaah,, it’s just. I leave it my room. I was so busy with some mission preparation things. U know..” Yul tried to remember where he put his phone and he added, “so, what with the persistence calls, did u miss me already?”
“Yaa,, did u happen to cheat on me, Kwon Yuri?”
“Huh, What the…?” Yul stops when he heard an additional voice in the background shouted something like “Cheating…Busy..Attention…Hermes..” and it’s sounds like seungyeon.
“Just forget it, she made me say that. Well, I just wanna tell u that I’m going to tonight gala with seungyeon, so u will have more time for ur mission thingy and just meet me in the gala. I packed ur suit already, just check it in ur car, okay hon.” Fanny’s explanation shown how care she was for her hubby, and he likes it. To know that his wife understands him so well and takes a good care of him.
“Oh, that’s very thoughtful of u. Love u, honey.” He feels bad, because he totally forget about that charity gala.
“Make sure u come this time, I got some surprise for u.” Fanny emphasized at her last sentences with a kind of flirty whisper.
“No worries, hon.” Yul hung up the phone. He reliefs that fanny didn’t mention how many times he let fanny down in a party or just at the simple public appearance. He promise his self not to let her down one more time, and the fact that she prepared something for him, burden Yul even more.
The minute yul ended up his call, his subordinate came in and told him that the local police got a various called from a people, claimed that they received ‘a lyre’ card. And the police got someone in the custody, they waiting for u to start the investigation.

The charity gala held at The Palace Hotel’s bar, this kind of event happen almost every day at The Palace. And the Kwon family becomes the regular guest in here. Fanny sits near the bar alone, while Seungyeon is too busy socializing with a bunch of politician and celebrity (what a weird mix of people). Fanny keeps waiting for Yul who still not replaying or answering her call. She keeps dialing while her other hand busy searching for another liquor to drink.
She is really drunk when someone approaching her. The silhouette of that person is very similar with her hubby. Fanny tries to rise from her seat and failed at the first attempts. That man grab her before fanny touch the ground. Fanny reckons that grab is similar to Yul. Finally he comes.
“Are u okay? U looks so…” that man has to swallow up his word as fanny lips landed on his.
“What took u so long? C’mon help me walk.” Fanny demanded with a cute pouting face for someone who drunk.
“And take u where?” fanny gave him the hotel room key as an answered and followed by another kisses. Surprised with fanny’s response, that man just grin and bring fanny to her room. “Im sooo not gonna miss this, I mean she’s totally hot, and im totally bored with this gala thing” that man thought.

CEO Kim, who recently been suffered from a great lost in one of his property sector, back in the game again. He is going to spoil our eyes with the great art collection of his, the exhibition will held at The Palace hotel in the end of this week. Truth be told, the G-Man will handle all the security issue to prevent any attempt to steal the collection. (page 3)
2. Our favorite couple of the town celebrating their 2 years anniversary
Since they vowed their relationship two years ago, this couple still can’t miss to surprise us with their oh-so-sweet moment. Last week they invited us on the love cruise where they held their anniversary party. The full story and fabulous picture of the Kwon family can be found on page 9.
3. Inspiring young representative elected by the town assembly as junior senator
Known as Representative Kim now can be call as Senator Kim. He nailed the eyes of the Senate with his fresh idea and natural leadership attitude, as he becomes the younger senator ever. Despite of speculation about the involvement of his dad, Congressman Kim, in the election the speaker-man of senate told us the inside story at page 5.
4. The rise of an art thief with the style and unique modus operandi (MO)
There is a new job for our G-man as there is a lot art pieces reported being stolen from various places around these 3 months. The police unable to handle this new style of crime as they think it was a team job and police need help from an expert of this field. National Security Services (NSS) office declared earlier today that they will look out of this case and will follow up their finding to the local authority. (page 2)
5. It’s official, the multi-talent actor joins the cast for the much anticipated movie next summer
“Who done it?” the new movie that predicted by the movie critique to be the anticipated movie next summer. Last month, they announced that the model turn actress, Im Jin ah a.k.a Nana, will be the the lead female character. And last night, its been official than our multi-talented actor Im yoon-a will joining the rest of the cast. As quoted from Yoong twitter account, “I can’t wait to meet the other Im on set.” What happen when those two Im met? Love at first sight may be, check out at page 18.

“How could that happen? I mean, why my story ended up on number 5.” Yoong whined desperately on his phone when he finished reading the front page of Soshitown daily newspaper.
“May be u needs more juicy gossip to offers to the media.” His manager suggested and continued “We can arrange u to date that actress from ur new movie.”
“yeah, yeah,, whatever. How come that bloody art-thief or that boring-senator can top my story? Oh, and also those married couple, I know they do look cute together, but it’s just, are the story of a married people juicier than a-hot-single-available-man like me.” Yoong kept whining to his manager for the rest of the phone call.

At National Security Services (NSS) building, one of the bosses finished reading his newspaper and took a last sip of his coffee before heading to a meeting room. “Geez that Kwon Yuri kid, 2 years of married but still can’t handle his time well between family and work.”
“Morning boss..” Yul greet his boss with enthusiast smile.
“Yaaa,, Kwon Yuri, congratz for your 2 years anniversary, and send my best regard to your wife. Aah,, and tell Fanny, when will u guys planning to have a child.” The boss and the other agent in the meeting room burst to laughter as the boss said that. They can’t picture the masculine yul with a gun in his hand and a child in his other hand.
Yul cannot help but to laugh at his boss comment, in fact he never discuss about having a child with his lovely wife, “I guess Fanny didn’t want to have child, at least for now.” He though.
“Okay, let’s start our meeting. As we know our client is CEO Kim, he bla bla bla….” His boss starts the meeting with a boring speech about their client background which yul already read it form his case file.
Kwon Yuri works for government as NSS special agent; in the beginning of this year he transferred to the white-collar crime division because he is so obsesses with it and now he lead one of the best team in the entire crime division. People look at him as one of the lucky decent man alive, with his superb career and perfect marriage life.
He become popular among the citizen when he marriage his college sweetheart, Tiffany Hwang, 2 years ago. Tiffany herself already set her reputation long time ago as a successful advocate at Han Law firm. She gains her fame as she work with a popular person in town such as a celebrity, socialite, fashion people and soon.
Their marriage never faced any difficult problem with all the juicy drama posted by the media. Seem like they can get through every gossip about them. As they love getting stronger for this past 2 year, the public started to worship their success in building a commit family and also their professionalism in managed to be on top of their career. And the highlight of their popularity is their circle of friend and lifestyle as socialite.
“So Yuri, I hope u can come out with a perfect security plan to prevent those criminal stole any pieces from the exhibition. Perhaps if they do come, I really want to meet face to face with that famous Hermes guy.” The boss ended the meeting with a high expectation that Yul can score well in this mission.
“I will do anything to catch that bastard, sir. He is the reason why I love my job.” Yul gave a sly smile as he remembers that Hermes guy. He is a unique thief, he always send a warning to his victim before doing his work of art. He sent a name card that display a picture of ‘a lyre’ (one of the symbol of Hermes, greek god of messenger who protect and takes care of all the travelers, miscreants, harlots, old crones and thieves) to the victim, or simply put the card near the object that he wants to steal.

This is the story that i made with the help from a few people around me. If y'all wandering why i use a Korean name for the characters, it because they were the inspiration for this project.
I'm still not sure with the title, but i called it:

surprise for all lullaby people, they are back..!!
the Aaron Shepard family is back to lullaby city. Everyone so excited to welcoming the genius scientist in town. The city known that lately the Shepard industry really in the edge of bankruptcy, perhaps with the comeback of the older son will bring the fresh air for the whole company.
We here not goin to talk about economy problems that affect the whole world include lullaby. The all moving things will affect the whole society. Carmen, Aaron wife's, get her new job on one of the leading entertainment company, we'll talk bout carmen later.
Their kids, Jessica, Fredrick (Fd), Davenkoff (Dave), and Cheryl(Cheysee) are already familiar with the city. Actually Jessica never move out from lullaby, when her family move, she choose to stay here and live her own life. Eventhough all the other Shepard family lived in lullaby, she rarely make any contact with them.
Fd, the older son, has had a lot of adventure in this city. From the glamorous gala to the underground party and all kind of lullaby boys thing that we never know. As Fd is back may be he can bring us to his exciting journey.
Dave, different with Fd, he like to spend his time at his room with all his stuff. Book, Gadget, notebook, and all his dad invention is all around his room. Dave is too genius and sometimes noone really understand what he is trying to say or done.
Cheysee, the youngest and the freshest. She's close with her cousin Ashley, especially since Jessica gone. She is the one who really excited about moving back. Maybe it because she'll be able hanging out with Ashley again or she'll meet her long-time-closest-boyfriend. Dyrke. We will find out, shall we people..
Well, it's a simple introduction to Shepard family who just move in at their apartment. Maybe they still unpacking while i write this blog, we'll found out what happen tomorrow with society when they found out the royal family of Shepard is reunion again at this town..
